I worked in the mental health field for 15 years. I started as a direct care provider and went on to get my education as an LPN. I chose to become a stay at home mother to my daughter Willow, so that I could spend time with her while being available to loved ones in failing health. I live on 39 acres in rural Looneyville, West Virginia with my husband, our daughter and my son. We raise peafowl, mules and miniature horses. I am an avid reader and continually try to learn new things across varied subjects. I enjoy writing about subjects which I find interesting such as medical conditions and animal related events. I recently went back to work as a substitute secretary for our county school district. I enjoy working with children and adults who have joy for learning!
